As a Singer-Songwriter, Michael has been pleasing audiences with his whit and humor, as well as his serious side, for years. His unique lyrical style has set him apart from other songwriters, bringing a fresh and creative texture to his music.
Vocal training began in his teens while participating in various chorales and ensembles, to his recent completion of Tim Carson's Vocal Artistry Course. Michael's vocal style continually pleases a diverse demographic of listener's.
Man this sounds way too serious!!! Lets see... Alright....Home schooled in all the wrong ways of playing guitar. Attended the "Garage School of Music and Foolishness " in Montpeiler,OH. Was a graduate of the "Basement School of Acoustic Guitar" at Kevin's House. Rose to third chair in the acoustic Trio Cody... :) Suffered musical set-backs when life got in the way, but now, just havin' a good time makin' music, and sharing it with those that appreciate my style. I've recently been told by Kirby (Snively) that I'm considered one of the "Old Timer's", recognized in the area as one of the Stable, Established Entertainers around here. Just HOW STABLE, is still being discussed! Yup, Much better!

Whether performing solo-acoustic, or joining in a band, Michael's comfort and ease on stage is quite apparent. Performing with groups, Song Weavers, Synergy, Synergy Song, Catch and Release Blues Band, Acoustic Stew, Frog Child, Claude Fraug, and the Roscoe Jordan Band, has shown his ability to meld with various artists in different genres, and has gained him notoriety in the region. On-Stage Collaborations with artists, Kirby, Craig Cottrill, Jack Elliot, Dan House, Kelly Shively, Robin & Pam Luce, Dean Wiers Windemuller, and James Hughes, reveal Michael's ability to meld with different styles and genres.
